KraftScents is a family owned candle supply business located in eastern North Carolina. We have years of extensive experience creating candles and home fragrance goods. We source the finest ingredients for candles, soap making, and other home fragrance krafts.
We are committed to offering high quality products and excellent customer service. We ship securely and quickly. Our experienced staff can also provide troubleshooting and guidance for those times things just don't seem to be working out. Our Policies
Kraftscents ships via UPS, USPS and FedEx Ground Services. All orders whip within 1 business day. Our items are packaged securely to insure they arrive at their destination safely. In the event a package is damaged in transit, we will request photos or other appropriate documentation to verify the damage. We will then determine how to proceed depending on the specific product or damage incurred. Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you.
Due to the product nature, we DO NOT accept return of Fragrance Oils under any circumstances. We encourage you to purchase samples before committing to a larger purchase.
Unused wax, wicks, dyes and containers may be eligible for a return. Please contact us to request return instructions.
Customers will be advised in advance if it becomes necessary to reformulate a fragrance oil. It is our goal to maintain a 100% consistent product line, because as makers we realize businesses depend on continuity and consistency of supplies.
All orders of $29 or more are eligible to receive a free fragrance oil sample. To request a specific fragrance oil sample, please note your preference in the comment section during check-out. If no preference is indicated, we will choose a fragrance sample for you.
At this time, orders are NOT eligible for pickup. We do plan to offer pick-up services at our location in Grantsboro, NC within the upcoming year. Customers will be notified via email and a website posting once pick-up service is available.
